Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by Coastline Power And Lighting are estimates based on information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during installation. A written change order will be required for any scope changes that affect the original quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. For most projects, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments due at specified milestones and final payment due upon completion. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Deposits may be refundable depending on the stage of project completion and circumstances of cancellation. Refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy document.

Warranty and Disclaimers

We provide warranties on workmanship as outlined in individual service agreements. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are passed through to clients where applicable.
